Restructuring the Google Ads account to improve campaign organisation, ad relevance and control over search queries, preparing the account to support higher levels of investment.
Following the restructuring I worked on, senior management decided to increase investment in January, which closed with 17% more budget than initially planned and more conversions than in January of the previous year.

Analysing and redistributing the roles of Google and Meta within the acquisition process, exploring the relationship between acquisition, lead quality and subsequent user behaviour.
The work included changes to investment allocation, Meta’s structure and audiences, creative assets and messaging, as well as closer collaboration between Marketing and Sales to identify signals of lead quality.
During the period analysed, leads from Google brand searches increased by approximately 10%.

Designing and testing new landing pages tailored to different user types and traffic sources, working on content, form structure, messaging and conversion elements.
The new versions were tested against the previous ones and gradually rolled out when they performed better.
